1、 Equipment operating principle

Vacuum pre sealing machine, suitable for pre vacuum sealing packaging of soft pack lithium battery cells after liquid injection and static placement.

Working principle: The device consists of four mechanisms, namely the cell placement and positioning mechanism, the upper and lower cavity vacuum pumping mechanism, and the heat sealing mechanism,After manually feeding and aligning the battery cells, press the start double button switch with both hands to start the equipment, vacuum the upper and lower chambers, and heat seal the headSeparate the nitrogen pressure relief chamber and remove the battery cell equipment.
